1. Digital Download Nature

Because our products are irrevocable digital PDF goods delivered instantaneously via email, we generally do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and the download token has been generated.

2. Exception Circumstances

We will happily review and honor refund requests under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a network glitch.
• Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your download email within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation and our support team is unable to re-deliver the link manually.
• Corrupted File: If the downloaded PDF file is corrupted and our team cannot provide a working copy.

3. Requesting Assistance
